ABOUT OUR HOUSE AND THE OUTSIDE AREA 

Nestled just a stone's throw (300m) from the shoreline, our cozy family home boasts beautiful views of the Croatian sea and invigorating sea breezes, offering you a genuine sanctuary of tranquility and rejuvenation. 

There is a pretty, completely fenced and private garden with a private pool, grill and an outdoor dining area. 

Our house has one apartment on the ground floor that can  accommodate 2 adults and one child. The apartment on the first floor can accommodate maximum of 4 adults and one child. 

Enjoy the privacy and comfort of the pool available to our guests. Whether it's a refreshing swim or relaxing on sun loungers, the pool is the ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean sun.

Parking space, right next to the house is provided for your convenience.

An additional advantage of our location is the proximity of beautiful beaches, which are only a 5-minute pleasant walk away. This gives you easy access to sea pleasures such as sunbathing on the beach, swimming or walking along the coast.

On the ground floor, you'll find a charming two-room apartment; featuring a cozy living room, fully-equipped kitchen, tranquil bedroom, and modern bathroom and a spacious, covered terrace perfect for relaxing outdoors in any weather.

The apartment is air-conditioned for your comfort.

The beds in the bedroom offer the convenience of electric head and foot elevation.

APARTMENT "PUPA 2" - First Floor 

Ascend to the upper floor to discover our charming three-room apartment, complete with two cozy bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fully-equipped kitchen.
